Help with 2 stripped screws

Screw has come out of sun visor (lost) and it is now hanging down - looking to have it put back in place

The screws connecting my door closer to metal (hollow) door frame have come loose, it appears that the hole in the door frame has been stripped (i.e. holes are now too big for the screws). I need someone to either tap and install a larger screw, or install a rivet nut to take the current screw size. Should be a quick task for someone with the right tools.
